Hope you are all well. My name is Phil and I'm from the UK. I've joined this site because I would like to try and feel a bit better about myself, but also would like to try and help anyone else who might feel like I do. Some of you may not understand why I feel the way I do becuase I know some people would love to lead the life I do - at least professionally! I'm writing because I'm feeling low and very disconnected from it all at the moment. The most difficult thing to do is describe things and put my heart on my sleeve, so please say hi and get chatting to me and I'm sure it'll come out! And if you want to talk to me about anything, then I will try my best to always be here for you too.
