I'm 22 years old and have had many struggles with depression since I entered high school. I've been going to therapy for 3 years now, though I've stopped going because I've gotten to the point where I feel that it can't help me anymore for now at least.
I'm really trying my best to do well at work and college, as well as learning to make friends again and going out with girls. I feel strong and able now (unlike before), but at the same time very alone, so I hope that this forum can help me out during this phase of my life.
