Mr. Easterday's story is not new to the world but it is new to me since I saw a documentary about him last night. Kenny was born with a rare disease called sacral agenesis. When he was an infant both of his legs were amputated at the hip. Except for the absence of his legs, Kenny is a full man in every way and more of a complete human being than many who walk this earth on legs. How can this be? It's because Kenny Easterday possesses an amazingly positive attitude and love of life, and there is absolutely nothing that stops him from living as full and as satisfying a life as he possibly can. Kenny doesn't have a speck of pity for himself. LG
