I like him, but i'm wary. He's far too strong in his political agenda and willing to edit his films to paint his targets in an unnecessarily negative light.
Not that I think any documentary filmmaker or political writer can be completely free of bias, but this line of work should strive to present an objective overview of the complexities of both sides of issue and leave it up to the audiece to make their own mind up on the matter. Hammering people over the head with a message is obnoxious, no matter who is doing it.

IMHO, he's not in it for saving mankind. Here's my official opinion of Michael Moore:
He's a dirty, fat, obnoxious, bitter man who makes a decent amount of money by conning people and producing fake, poorly resourced/researched "documentaries" (and I use the term as lightly as possible) that only have the intent of shocking mainstream society with their "edgy" content.
