New comer

I have just registered to this site, I need all the friends I can find that are lonely. I am very, very alone it is causing me lots of grief. My job was cut a year ago, I started my pension, and now the days are very long, I get to the point where I don't even leave my apt., I just stay inside, I know this is not good.

I have very few friends I can talk to about this, I do have a daughter who is supportive but she has her own life too.

I am not sure how to use this site, so any help with using the site would be appreciated.
