I see possibility in improbability
I see you in me
As I walked around in the darkness
You held out a light for free
What it meant to me
To be heard, to be seen
And of promises so grand, the thought kept me awake late
And as awake the air is sweet
And though I am alone right now
It does not feel that way
Yesterdays are not as sad
With tomorrow's possibility
And now, inexplicably, a moment of peace
