One of the reasons why I enjoy lurking on the singles & dating boards is the atrocious spelling and grammar I find on them. These are not incomprehensible foreigners... more like people who never got past 3rd grade. I can't help but form a mental image of those people talking like the Cookie Monster IRL...
I've even giving serious thought to creating my own character to poke fun at them on YT, by dressing in a caveman costume and getting excited and talking like the Cookie Monster about dating-related subjects.
Somehow I doubt the intended viewers would find it funny, though...
