I wrote this. I'm not sure what else to say. Feedback would be lovely.

Sanguine, Oh kindled nectar of the rose,
Quiet beats the snow fallen heart of France,
With synchronous strife and kindled woes,
Paris ebbs onwards, faltering, in her trance.

Can you feel the blossoms growing kinder?
Escapades glowing inside the labyrinthine night,
Hear the voices of the maelstrom’s reminder,
Sounding over the dying mercurial candlelight.

Don’t forgive me Lord, for I have sinned,
With blazoned courage bound by man made fire,
Human, Oh kindled children of the blue wind,
Unleash me, I am to bequeath the virtues of desire.

Your words have a strong professional touch, akin to the philosophers and poets of old...

I suspect knowing you would entail a life of rich, intelligent, discourse and debate...

...Perhaps Arizona has this effect on both us
