This is abuse.
Abuse doesn't have to be physical, it can be emotional.
Let me ask you this: are you seeing a therapist? And if you're not, would you consider seeing one? You're in an awkward situation, not being able to live on your own (my guess is you're a teen, right?), and having your parents yell at you. No parent should yell at their child.
I think all parents and kids fight, to some extent. There is no perfect parent/child relationship, and if anybody tells you there is, they're lying. However, this goes far beyond what I would consider normal.
