Ah McGyver rocks! Look I've but this paperclip near this battery and now its magnetic! Plus this rubber band is explosive. In any given situation you just have to ask yourself "what would McGyver do"!

Aww little Michael J Fox, boy I liked him :D

Er A Team anyone?

Oh yes I was supposed to do 5 of each. Not sure I could I was pretty young for most of the 80s and I have a terrible memory anyway!

Yes, indeed :D An absolute hero of my youth. I copied his style when I was a kid which resulted in many diverse fabrications. My parents weren't so happy when I disabled their car though.

Got to love Michael J. Fox aswell. Shame he's so sick now, can barely talk anymore.

TV shows:
Blackadder
The A-team
Little House on the Prairie
Falcon Crest
The Wonder Years

Films:
Dirty Dancing
Back to the Future
Splash
E.T.
Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure

This thread really weeds out the elders of the forum, doesn't it? :p

I was watching cartoons in the late 80s. I was born in '86.

Oh Blackadder! I'm always freaked out how old that is for some reason. I must have seen some on repeats as it started the year I was born. I'm weird too because I actually really like that first series!

It is totally sad about Micheal J Fox too :(

Oh yes Blackadder!

The Young Ones!

Too many great series/films. All those awesome action movies with JCVD

I used to do the Blackadder quiz on the bbc website. I got every single one right then it just insults you! :) Not that I'm nerdy about it of course!

Some of this is stuff I've watched when I was older than I was in the 80's, but still...

TV Shows:
The Golden Girls (I really love this show)
The Wonder Years (I got the theme song on mp3)
Murder She Wrote (Jessica Fletcher is one of my fashion icons/role models)
Three's Company (Hilarious)
Mama's Family (Again, hilarious)

Movies:
The Little Mermaid (I still watch it sometimes)
The Breakfast Club (I dunno, it just captures the spirit of the 80's somehow)
Dead Poets Society (Depressing, but a great film)
Who Framed Roger Rabbit (Very creative film)
A Christmas Story (I watch it every year, and recently spotted one of those lamps in someone's window downtown :D )
