Hi everyone
i've met a guy , i like him he is so kind and he seems to like me too but we've never talked . I want to take it to the next level but how can i do it how can i start a conversation with him WITHOUT DOING THE FIRST STEP BUT PUSHING HIM TO DO IT ? he has a little broth who is 8 he really likes me , i play with him i carry after him as possible whenever his mum is at work ...
Should i smile to him or just say hi, you are jay's broth ...? or just make a commennt when he is around with jay like " he really likes you you should come to see him often ?
I REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW i'm not an expert at this stuff

Just send a friendly message to him that you're interested and open to conversation, you could try small talk like you suggested with a smile! I'm sure if he's interested in you he'd pick up on something like that, he could be just as nervous as you.
