It is not legal in California, it's decriminalized. There's a difference. Unless of course you have a prescription from a doctor, then it would be legal.

It doesn't matter if a job is stupid or policies are stupid. There are rules, and just because they may be stupid, doesn't mean those that deem it stupid should be an exception.

It's true that there is little a person can do when they are not in a position of power. But it's good to get someone thinking. When it comes time for those who think the old way is stupid to become decision-makers, hopefully they'll remember and be more reasonable.
