Unable to reply

Hi all, sorry to post but as a new one I'm still trying to find my way around - I just wanted to mention that a member was good enough to send me a private message but I've not been able to reply as they have 'Does not receive private messages'

I'm not sure if the member wished for me to reply but if anyone does send a message ( and not just to me) and you'd like a reply could you check your settings if that's ok
