Yeah. Basically, we had a presentation today. It was about some useless material we learnt in school. I wasn't prepared and I was shy as well. When I came I was like "oh f*** my life. i'm dead." Yes, I just got embarassed so badly.
So that's the story.

someone help
 
What is there to help with exactly? The aftermath of a shitty presentation in regards to teacher or social life? Or just how to not be shy?
 
I was very shy during school presentations also, but I saw several other students who were. A lot of people just want to get their presentation over with, and public speaking is a common fear. Try not to beat yourself up after.
