[/font] Hi all. Well it's New Years and it's another year spent alone. I googled "lonley" and came across this forum. It's not the happiest time in my life like it should be.

I suffer from social anxiety and it's really ruined any chance of a normal life thus far.

Hi SB8686, welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear that you're unhappy at the moment. Social anxiety can be a pretty serious problem because it makes you very jittery when you go out to meet people, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing that at the moment.

But take heart, you are not alone in this. There are others here who can also relate to your situation and I hope you are able to find some guidance here on how to overcome this.
