Hi, I'm Jay. I'm feeling and have been feeling particularly lonely since my ex broke up with me a good six or seven months ago. Now, I don't blame her for the way I feel, because I don't believe that loneliness caused by a break-up could last this long.

I must have some unresolved issues within myself, I'm hoping to share and experience others situations too.

I feel kind of pathetic for still feeling this way to be honest. Alot of people, including myself believe, you have to be content to be lonely to be able to love somebody else.

I'm just finding it excrutiatingly difficult. Looking at the word, excruciating doesn't seem to do my hurt justice, i feel absolutely terrible at times.
