You saw through my dark shell
You extend your hand when I'm in hell

A light as bright as your smile
A touch gentle and mild

Your skin pale and pure
A symphony of elegance, simply yours

Why our paths crossed
I may never know
I just cherish each step, kiss, and smile

For the days have never been brighter
The nights have never been warmer
The hours have never meant more
Than the time we've spent now and forevermore
