I'm tired of regret.
I'm tired of holding myself back.
I'm tired of feeling bad about myself.
I'm tired of waiting for things to happen, instead of making things happen.
I'm tired of excuses.
I'm tired of dwelling on the past.
I'm tired of apathy.
I'm tired of lethargy.
I'm tired of mistreating myself.
I'm tired of solitude.
I'm tired of living a nothing life.

I've had it. I'm fed up. I'm not going to do it anymore.

It's time to feel better about myself.
It's time to make something positive out of my life.
It's time to allow myself to find happiness.
It's time to break free of this **** shell.
It's time to take responsibility for myself.
It's time to see the future as limitless possibilities instead of more of the same.
It's time to see my glass as half full.
It's time to live my life as fully as I can.

No more regrets.

Gorrammed awesome, man. :D

I love the attitude... just hold on to that mode of thinking and you will do exactly what you say or think that you can. :)

I'm sorry. :p I don't mean to discount what you're saying, but...

Well, lol, I've ALWAYS thought you were awesome anyways. :D

fresia YEA MAN! I made that pledge a couple months ago and I'm never looking back.

I had a similar moment of awareness the other night, Spare.

What brought about the change of pace, mate?

i wish something would happen to me that would ignite a spark in me. right now im just stuck in "i really dont give a honeysuckle about anything mode" and have been for quite some time.

Thanks everyone! :)

Nothing specific pushed me over the edge, Brian. The suckiness simply reached critical mass. :p

The "suckiness" any better today, Spare? (((hugs)))

That's a difficult question to answer this early in the morning. :p

Thanks very much for the "awesome" comment from your other post, Eve. That made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. :)

I'm a tad late, but I tend to not follow the forum all that well...

I was a bit worried when I saw the subject line, but I'm happy to see the positive spin on your post. It's great to feel the forward-moving energy!

You'll likely have ups and downs, because that's how these things go, but just remember to keep trying!

I think this is the key point. We can't change the past and there will always be obstacles in the present and future, but we have to work with what we have and do the best we can. Good luck!! :)
