I was thinking, every woman in the country should fake a pregnancy and claim an abortion. And those arrested should then sue for false arrest. Overload the courts with suits and counter suits.

But that would lead to laws forcing doctors to report a patient's pregnancy to state government and criminal liability should they not. It will lead to the suspension of Mens Rea, meaning women that don't know they are pregnant can be charged with child neglect for not seeing a doctor, or involuntary manslaughter charges for miscarriages.

Then, once there is a presidence for suspending Mens Rea it can effect other cases. Criminal intent will no longer be required to be criminally convicted.
