Hi...I'm new, have a question.

Hello all.

I have been feeling quite lonely lately and I can't seem to shake it. It all started about a year ago. I turned 44 and all of a sudden, it seems like I missed so much in life and theres no way to go back. I know I'm not useless, but at times I feel that way and it makes no sense, but its hard to get back on track and stay that way.

I have 2 great kids that are a blessing and even a wife who is always by my side....what more could I want? Is this some kind of mid life crisis?
