I joined a few weeks ago but didn't really do anything. My name is Jessi. I have selective mutism. A problem where I fail to speak in certain social settings due to being anxious. I like places like this because I can be myself.

I guess i have never heard of selective mutism. At a quick glance i am not to clear in it.

The first makes it sound like a reluctance to speak is included but the second sounds like it is a complete loss of voice.
