Easily mistaken for the aftermath of a heartbreaking battle,
or an abandoned carnival that
was never pleasing to the eye to begin with;
I come here for the silence.

Four million, eight hundred thousand and ninety seven miles away
from anything that was lucky enough to have a place in a
warm, loving heart, as if being cared for was a raffle prize
that was never meant to be won.

For us, this place can be a garden of unruly pleasure and
heartily fulfilled desire.. a garden, where you and I will
welcome the world's bitter end.
Stay with me.

In such an absence of incentive, all we have will be offered, and
in return your very essence will be
ours forever.
Stay with us..

Whats someone like you doing in a
place like this anyway.

I love it! It has much depth and also mystery. Keep posting. I would love to read more. Poetry is one of the most creative forms of art. I have posted some of my work--but don't feel it's good compared to you. If you are interested, please give me some feedback too.
