I think people are just nervous by the way you look and I don't think they know how to act around you so instead they give you weird faces. Not sure if this is the case though, it could be the reason though. There's a lot of reasons why people act the way they do.

There was such a thing as a eugenics movement and racial hygiene in the third reich though.
