I wish i could stop this habit , lol

I cant think of anything to replace this habit .

I dont drink or smoke nowadays

Whenever i have a bad mood , i chew this gum and i feel alive again .

I want to try to stop this habit from today , starting now at ,

That is what i was thinking too , i don't have any other habits other than this one .

I eat at least 9 a day , One packet contains 9 gums .

I eat all of it .

Everyday i wake up to chew it , this is almost like an aim in my life .

Other than a crappy work i don't even have anything good to think about
 
Well, I used to eat bags and bags of salted sunflower seeds. I would throw a handful or two in my mouth, push them into my checks, shell them, and then spit them out like a rapid fire machine gun. It was really fun. But, I also just chewed them up and swallowed them. However, all that salt and splinters was getting painful for my mouth and tongue.

So, I switched to chewing gum. Then I was chewing gum all the time and my jaw muscles were hurting. So, then I switched to celery and carrot sticks. Those weren't as tasty so I didn't chew on them as often. Eventually I just sort of stopped chewing on anything other then food during meal times.

Maybe you can try chewing on something else more healthy. When you are in a bad mood chew on some long tough pieces of celery. Then maybe eat a piece of dark chocolate for some caffeine in lieu of the nicotine.
 
Yes i should find something else to chew .
I am always so tensed and anxious if i do not chew the gums .
When i chew it i feel calm and relaxed .

And i have not stopped chewing it , i don't think i can stop it .

I tried but then i was feeling really restless

Maybe i should try to bring the numbers down .
To 3 , morning 1 , Noon 1 , Evening 1
