Hi everyone! I'm a 27 year old female who works too much and is not good with being open and honest with about her feelings with the people in her life. This has resulted in me secretly being a VERY lonely person.

I"m not sure. I just have never been able to. I was raised to always do and act in a way that was expected of me so i think i just got used to always just smiling and doing the "proper" thing that now i'm just not capable of opening up to a person. Not completely at least.
