I have no family and no friends and just seem to want to drink every day until I die. The drinking takes away the loneliness only now I get sick just walking into the liquor store. All day, every day alone. No family, no friends. What can I do. I saw a therapist but that hasn't helped.

Donna01923, this post is pretty distressing to me. It's awfully bleak. What can you do? How about hearing from you again at least to check in and let the group know you're still there?

Drinking alcohol is not the answer, it might numb the pain temporary but will cause more problems later on. Try to find a group around where you live, take up bowling or a hobby to get involved in.
