I have trouble concentrating lately. It's really hard for me to read anything,because after a couple of minutes my mind wanders again to my life problems and all my motivation goes away. Also my procrastination is very high and I feel mentally and physically tired, even after taking a break,like a nap or a walk. I have some hard exams coming up and I'm scared as hell that I'm going to fail. That also fuels my anxiety.
Anyone ever felt this way too? I really need some help from you people. How can i cope with all this?
