Yes this is something we've had before, turned out the browser was the issue.

Try another browser.

Thank you so much for the suggestion. I was scratching my head because every message I type up ends up as "undefined".

lol, that happens sometimes in FireFox as well.

Obviously, I'm fairly new here...thanks for the save again I'm not very good with saying how I feel but I just like to thank everybody who does post in the forums regularly. I've gotten some "Aha" moments reading comments and I hope to get to know some of you more later. It helps to have somewhere to go, even if it's just online, when things get too tough.
