Quoting more than one post

I know that this is probably blindingly obvious but please could someone tell me how to quote more than one post in a reply.

All you do, is as you go through a thread, you click the green plus next to reply. And then you click New Reply. After you've clicked that, it should have all the quotes there. You can reply to the bunch as a whole, or go in between the quote bracket and reply individually.
