I joined the gym on december 1 2022 ...

Wakes up in the morning at 5.30 and reaches Gym at 6.30 ...

Comes back home at around 8 and , goes to work at 9.30 ...

Starts studying and practice accounting in the evening after returning from work ....

Not bad ...

That is some good progress in life ...

Whoop same! I leave for the gym at 5:30, get there at 6 and work out to 7:30 and then back by 8… my routine is slowed down right now but its so refreshing to have a routine anddd my gym is super empty at that time! 🙂 Is that before your gyms rush hour?

So there is so much free space in it and i can do everything i like ...

at around 8 , that gym probably has around 20 people ... that gym is not an overcrowded one ...

Maybe there are more people in the evening , but i don't know for sure ...

Working out in the morning is so much more nice compared to evening work outs ... i have done work outs in the morning and evening .... but from my experiences i like the morning work outs ....

so much more energy in the morning compared to evening work outs ....

And this is how i have been doing it ...

the last work out session ...

Warmup - 15 minutes

Pushups - 60

Crunches - 35

That would take at least another 15 more minutes ...

Different machines with weight attached - 20 minutes ...

Cardio - 20 minutes ....


So yes , i am feeling really good

Typically theres 50 people in mine according to the app lol

I hit cardio first for 20 mins

Then 10 mins stretches and about 45 mins on weights 😂 (everything but upper body assssss I dont wanna look like a man lol) and 15 mins cool down.

Yea , This time it feels a bit different ...

My cardio is like 10 minutes on treadmill , with a speed of 5 ...
so when i do it for 10 minutes it shows 2 kilometers covered in it ...


And 10 minutes on a cycle where you can vary the resistance ...

So it wont get too boring on just one machine ... I like it this way , because the last gym i tried i had to do 20 minutes treadmill alone ... and to be honest that was kind of boring ...

There is an instructor there that shows me what to do daily ...

If one day is chest ... another day is shoulder , another day is legs .... its like that .....

and of course there are some things like dumbbells and light bar bells you can do daily ....

i use dumbbells with 5 kilogram on each side and bar bells with 2.5 kilogram on each side ...

I have only started to feel more strength when i have started to do pushups ....

The rest seems to be simply stretching the muscles with small weights ...

Yes , i am already seeing the results and i am feeling very happy about it ...

I have a similar routine but I workout in my apartment instead.
A circuit of Ab workouts, then pushups, squats and various exercises with light weights.
Then I go out and walk for 2 to 3 miles while dong isometrics.
Walk for 2 miles at lunch time.
Then another 3 to 4 miles before dinner.
I work from home 3 days a week.

I walk about 5 miles total on the 2 days I go into the office with the walking from commuting + going out and walking at lunchtime.

I find that walking outside really helps put me in a better state of mind.
 
Walking at noon time looks like a difficult thing to do ...

I have tried working out at home ... it gets really boring after some time at least in my experience ...

Going and reaching a gym in the morning somehow feels very different from working out at home ...

After simply warming up for 10 minutes in the gym , you suddenly feel alert and energetic to do the rest of the work outs ...

It's VERY time consuming. I walk over 2 hours a day when I'm working from home and on weekends. I find it therapeutic.

Yes, many people feel this way. I'm OK with it though. You have to do what works for you.
