I agree. I think that this life is to be enjoyed, so even when you're feeling blue you should do what you can to live it. Don't try to waste all your time being sad, as it's not helpful to anyone. Everyone feels blue every now and then, but even I that feel sad (mainly at night) do my best to live life at the edge.
