Reality: The laws of physics are absolute and very restricting
Videogames: The laws of physics are usually toned down and easily broken and can be used to your advantage
Real life: You are you. You can never change that.
Videogames: You can be anybody, or anything.
Real life: You take a bullet and you will feel it and possibly die. Takes a long time to recover
Videogames: You can easily take lots of dammage without hindering your ability to function and all you need to heal is a healthpack
Real life: You can't take a break and go do something else
Videogames: You can pause and play something else or stop playing it if you don't like it
