God only has 10 rules (15 if we include one table which fell and broke).
Compared to that, stupid humans in European Union have 100 000 laws and rules (literally , I googled that information.).

The problem is, there's always someone that ruins things for everyone else and because of them (and others like them) new laws are being written, but as I said, there are too many laws, petty laws that local councils like to adopt for example. The "original 10" were find when the world wasn't as complicated. Today, with so much advancement in every aspect of the world, and so many more ways people are taking advantage of others and harming others, and more complex and diverse ways of philosophical opinion, more laws are required.

How to Start Exercising: A Beginner’s Guide to Working Out

Regular exercise is one of the best things you can do for your health.
However, working it into your routine and sticking with it can take some determination and discipline.
Certain strategies can help you keep it up.
If you exercise regularly, you’ll begin to see and feel the benefits it can have on your body and well-being quickly.
If you’re considering starting to exercise but don’t know where to begin, this article is for you.
Here’s all you need to know about starting a routine and sticking to it.

Why exercise?
Regular exercise has been shown to improve your health significantly.
Its primary benefits include helping you achieve and maintain a healthy body weight and muscle mass and reducing your risk for chronic diseases.
Additionally, research has shown that exercise can lift your mood, boost your mental health, help you sleep better, and even enhance your sex life.
And that’s not all. It can also help you maintain good energy levels.
In short, exercise is powerful and can help improve your life.

Common types of exercise

There are various types of exercise, including:

Aerobic. The core of any fitness program should include some form of continuous movement. Examples include swimming, running, and dancing.

Strength. These exercises help increase muscle power and strength. Examples include resistance training, plyometrics, weightlifting, and sprinting.

Calisthenics. These moves are usually performed without gym equipment using large muscle groups. They’re done at a medium aerobic pace. Examples include lunges, situps, pushups, and pullups.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT). This type of exercise includes repetitions of short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by low-intensity exercises or rest periods.

Boot camps. These are timed-based, high-intensity circuits that combine aerobic and resistance exercises.

Balance or stability. These exercises are designed to strengthen muscles and improves body coordination. Examples include Pilates, tai chi poses, and core-strengthening exercises.

Flexibility. These types of exercises help muscle recovery, maintain range of motion, and prevent injuries. Examples include yoga or individual muscle-stretch movements.
The activities above can be done individually or combined.

The important thing is to do what works best for you and to have fun with it.

How to get started

It’s essential to consider a few things before starting a new workout routine.

1. Check your health

It’s important to consult your healthcare provider and get a physical medical examination before starting an exercise routine. This is particularly important for those new to strenuous and vigorous physical activities. An early checkup can detect any health problems or conditions that could put you at risk for an injury during exercise. It can also help you optimize your workout, making it easier for you and your personal trainer, if you choose to work with one, to understand your limitations and create an exercise plan tailored to your particular needs.

2. Make a plan and set realistic goals

Once you decide to start exercising regularly, try to create a plan that includes attainable steps and goals. One way to do this is to start with a plan of easy steps to follow. Then you can continue building on it as your fitness level improves. For example, if your goal is to finish a 5-kilometer run, you can start by building a plan that includes shorter runs. Once you can finish those short runs, increase the distance until you can run the whole 5 kilometers in one session. Starting with small achievable goals will increase your chances of success and keep you motivated every step of the way.

3. Make it a habit

Another key component of exercise success is to stick to your routine. It seems to be easier for people to maintain an exercise routine in the long term if they make it a habit and do it regularly.

A review of studies concluded that replacing an unhealthy behavior with a new healthier habit is an excellent approach to maintaining it in the long term.
Furthermore, making a schedule or exercising at the same time every day are good ways to sustain your routine and make it last.
For example, you can make exercise a habit by planning to work out right after work every day or first thing in the morning.
It’s important to choose a time that works best for you.

1-week sample exercise program

Below is an easy-to-follow, 1-week exercise program that doesn’t require equipment and will only take you 30–45 minutes a day to complete.

This program can be adjusted to your fitness level and made as challenging as you want.

Monday: 40-minute moderate-pace jog or brisk walk.
Tuesday: Rest day.

Wednesday: Walk briskly for 10 minutes. Then, complete the following circuits, resting 1 minute after each set but not between exercises. Stretch afterward.

Circuit #1:
3 sets alternating 10 lunges for each leg, 10 pushups, 10 situps
Circuit #2:
3 sets alternating 10 chair-dips, 10 jumping jacks, 10 air squats

Thursday: Rest day.

Friday: 30-minute bike ride or moderate-pace jog.

Saturday: Rest day.
Sunday: Run, jog, or take a long walk for 40 minutes.

The 1-week program above is just a simple sample to get you started

If a young man gets married and starts a family and spends the rest of his life working at a soul destroying job, he is held up as an example of virtue and responsibility

My type of man, living only for himself, working only for himself, doing first one thing and then another simply because he enjoys it and because he has to keep only himself, sleeping where and when he wants, facing woman when he meets her on equal terms and not as one of a million slaves, is rejected by society. The free unshackled man has no place in its midst.

So that f*cking orange lunatic is calling for a 'bloodbath' if he doesn't get elected yet the media and my government tell me I should fear immigrants, China and Palestinian children. Maga cultists ain't just unintelligent, uneducated morons, they're incredibly well armed unintelligent, uneducated morons.

See, this is the problem with the media...especially overseas media. He did NOT call for a bloodbath. Even Mike Pence is defending him on that one. He said/meant that if Biden is elected and the electric vehicle push is continued, it would be an ECONOMIC bloodbath.

This is why people think I'm a Trump lover. I don't give a honeysuckle about any of them. I'm a FACT lover and sadly, Trump is often misconstrued because the media wants everyone to hate him.

Trump often relies on plausible deniability. It's important to make clear that the bloodbath comment was in the context of a discussion of the auto industry, but it's also hard not to be worried when a president who inspired a violent insurrection and often explicitly endorses political violence is using language like that. There is very good reason to fear another January 6 if he loses this election, and that language communicated that threat in a way that I think resonated with people, even if the context was in part lost.

Trump started the rally in Ohio like he regularly does, embracing the people who attacked the Capitol on January 6, calling them political hostages, saying he will pardon them. It's fair to say that stances like that, and of course, the events themselves, really do make these threats more serious when it comes to him talking about the election.

Lets look at the context here because I think that also gets to some of the broader trends that we've seen with Trump. Now, right before that statement, he was talking about the auto industry and tariff policies he wants to put in place, and the campaign says that is what the bloodbath comment was about. But that seems familiar to me in that you have this pattern, often, of a provocative threat, but it's couched in a way that you can say, well, it really wasn't a threat. You're misinterpreting it.

It's laughable that anyone could think that being defended by Mike Pence carries any weight.

I disagree, because Pence hates Trump and OFTEN disagrees with him and even goes so far as to condemn him.

Like I said, I'm not a Trump lover. I'm not saying everything he did was okay. It wasn't, but to purposely misrepresent what he said or take it out of context like the media and regular people often do is also not okay. I'm a fact lover. If someone says something that isn't factual, I will insert those facts. I don't care what it's about, a fact is a fact.
If it comes down to Biden and Trump, Trump will likely win and it seems to me that this is their way of trying to prevent that. Quite honestly, we are screwed either way because neither one was a good president. And heaven forbid the American people vote for someone other than those two.....

Mike Pence expressing an opinion DOES NOT make his statement a fact. You claim to be a 'fact lover' do you have any facts or just more opinions?.

Lets consider “the full context,” as you urged, which was that Trump at the same event saluted those convicted for the deadly assault on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, all to the tune of the national anthem sung by a choir of imprisoned insurrectionists.

"The full context" is that some of the first words out of Trump’s mouth, same rally, were thanking those rioters and calling them ‘patriots.'

'The full context’ is that he also said, in this same rally, ‘If this election isn’t won, I’m not sure that you will ever have another election in this country.’

'The full context’ is that he went on to say some undocumented immigrants are, quote, ‘not people,’ and, of course, ‘the full context’ is that this is much bigger than one single speech.”

Just some examples of Trump’s years long embrace of political violence and use of dehumanizing language from his threat of 'bedlam' if he was prevented from running for president again to his refusal in 2017 to condemn white supremacists in Charlottesville, Virginia.

It was not clear what he meant by 'bloodbath', with his remark coming in the middle of comments about threats to the US car industry.

I could go on and on and on. So, no. I did not miss the full context. This was not some meandering off message comment. This is his message.

Trumps speech is available online, anyone can have a listen and form their own opinion because you're entitled to your own opinion but remember an opinion is NOT a fact.

Yea, I agree the guys a complete arsehole.

When Biden and Trump are the best a country can offer you know you are f*cked. Fortunately the world has stopped laughing at them and started looking elsewhere. Most Americans don't realise they are well on the way to becoming a third world country with little to no influence across the globe. American hegemony is well and truly over,

Their politicians, much like most of their population, are so insular they think everything is about them they've no idea what's going on in the real world. Look at both parties take on Chinese factories being built in Mexico. The American car industry has been dead for decades, despite what America thinks China has no interest in it. The Chinese play the long game, they are growing economies and building influence all over the world, without bombing the sh*t out of them. Those electric cars are destined for Central and South America, Asia, Europe, The Middle East, The Sub Continent and Africa.

The biggest problem America, and most of the world come to it, has is people like Callie who think they have all the 'facts'.

Excuse me? I never said I had all the **** facts, but I do know how to find them. It's what I do for a living. And no, I'm not America's problem. I hate politics. I would love to have nothing to do with them. Sadly, my kid has a political science degree and my job requires me to know and read the stupid honeysuckle. I don't even vote.

You know what PART of America's problem is? People in other countries who don't know anything about our political system chiming in thinking THEY know it all.

That's said, I'm done. No point in trying to do anything when people can't be bothered to see anything other than what they want to see...and well, haters gonna hate.

Yep, you still haven't provided one fact, just more of your opinions. I'm staggered that you do it for a living, seems to me you don't even know what a fact is. What training have you had that qualifies you to find facts?.

Yea part of America's problem is definitely people overseas not understanding their political system, is that why America loves bombing the sh*t out of them? . Your posts actually go a long way to explaining part of Americas problem.

Rather than worry about 'People in other countries who don't know anything about our political system chiming in thinking THEY know it all.'
Check the facts on how many people in America actually know anything about Americas political system.

I do agree with 'haters gonna hate' because you demonstrate it regularly.

Sorry, but no, I won't take your bait and get into an argument with you. Nice try though.

Perhaps you should go do some yoga or something....you've been sounding a little bitter lately.
