Well, if i have to believe the western propoganda about North Korea, it is very likely that these children are pretty much enslaved to do this. Look at their facial expressions, almost robotic.

Lot's of countries simply DIE for military parades. And every future soldier should start into his life as those children do. That would be nearly perfect. Clones should be the next step.
