Sad inside

I understand dude. I've spent the whole day in my apartment in front of the computer watching things. I love to learn new things, read new books, etc. But it gets depressing when I only do that. In the end I don't do anything. I just pace up and down from room to room. I think. I relentlessly think about the same things. What am I supposed to do to get out of that situation ? Am I just alive to work, pay rent, and eat ? Is that all ?
