Music has pulled me thru many down moments

music is what we are doing vibration at high and low frequency it is in all of life in one form or another sound helps center and calm me makes me feel one with everything and everyone. (Sounds crazy but it's true) its actually on my things that make you think page as well lol but I listen to it for all of my ailments and also for joy and for pleasure it moves me.
