Leftover Sausage Tortellini soup for dinner here! My kids are apparently sick of tacos. I have been enjoying veggie quesadillas for breakfast (made with onions, mushrooms and peppers). Liberal Studies. I took a long break from school and decided to switch universities. I've been going online and I have to say, it's made me a significantly better student. Costs are lower too.
How have the Coursera classes gone? A few people recommended them to me, and I'd like to try at least one, but I'm not sure what specific class I'd like to take.
