Hi everyone.
I have my own problem of depression etc etc, but I'm not really worried about myself, more about my sister.
She lives with me and is struggling with heavy anxiety, but I bet its more than that. Cutting herself now it's getting worst cause she is totally isolating herself from the rest of the world. I cant get to involved without making things worst for myself, but how can I atleast get her to go out and actually doing something and getting fresh air, she is to scared to drive (I'm saying scared but it's more the anxiety).
