Hi Folks,
Glad to have found this site as loneliness is such an awful thing to suffer but it helps knowing I'm not totally alone with this feeling or situation.

I'm a 49 year old guy based in the south of England - and just writing on here for the first time is scary. I never thought I'd feel this way at my age but guess in so many ways, I've been lonely all my life

I often wonder if I'm a bad person or there's something wrong with me but I know inside that I'm an ok person. I've always felt I'm the person on the outside looking in and wonder how we get to this point.
