I'm 17, and I've posted on here a few times. Mostly I'm just a lurker.
My junior year of high school is coming to an end this May, and so of course I'm thinking about the future, mainly college. I know where I'd like to go; I'm in Alabama; my college of choice is in Colorado, so that's obviously going to be a big transition if that is where I end up going. When I think about it, I get very scared. I'm desperately lonely now, but at least I (sort of) have my family. What if things only get worse when I move away?
And sometimes I just think there's no way I can make it through another year.
