I had to get up at 12 today.

Its also taking 20 minutes for me to download an album off of Soulseex.

12pm sounds reasonable on a Saturday.
20 minutes doesn't sound bad unless it is a fairly popular album.
I don't know what Soulseex is but if it is a P2P, you might want to see if there is a torrent available.

I had to look it up. That's what it is (P2P). According to the write up I found it was "THE online network to find and exchange music" 3 or 4 years ago (and all this time I was giving that credit to Kazaa and Napster. lol)

Indeed! Good old dial-up connections. I was only allowed 2 hours of internet / day back then, if I remember right.

OMG I forgot about that. Back when AOL was the only ISP anyine had heard of. And MSN and Yahoo didn't even exist.

Last time I did that was when I was using Kazaa. I got a trojan and they got my bank account log in info and then used my computer as a gateway to download a bunch of kiddie porn.

Never again will I leave it to download unattended. I want to watch the file sizes and scan them immediately.
