Hello. In a nutshell I am a married 40 year old female. A few years ago I left my job to work at home for our small business. This has limited my meeting people. I have a few friends that I see very infrequently, as we've grown apart in many ways. My extended family is very dysfunctional and it is better when contact with them is limited. Also, we don't have children. My husband is a fisherman and is very active with that socially. I have always enjoyed being alone to an extent, but this growing isolation can be a bit much. Glad I found this sight.
