This site caught my eye as I was (please don't laugh) "Googling" for "lonely".

I am 42, male, and I live in Utah with my wife and 3 kids.

Some might wonder why I feel lonely with a wife and 3 kids, but busy does not mean you still aren't lonely. I guess I am need of a friend. Not my wife. Not because she's not my friend. It's just that - she is not able to see me like a new friend would see me. Someone outside of my intimate daily life. I am not sure if I am making any sense.

I work as a software developer.

I enjoy geocaching.

Hi Tom and welcome to ALL. Lots of great people here discussing all kinds of interesting topics, so I'm sure you will fit right in. :D

Thank you.

So, what language do you usually program in? And is it your favorite language?

Welcome :)

Thank you for the welcome!

I think you are right!
