Stumbled across this site whilst googling stress factors and symptoms of how im feeling. "Symptoms" imply there's something wrong with me, there's nothing at all wrong with me. I think I just expect too much of myself, anyway Hi! I'm 23 living in Liverpool just going to see if I can use this site for help and advice and a boot up the bum!
