yes. you can be married and lonely didn't you know? lonely and alone are two different things. in fact, being lonely with someone else in your house is even worse than being lonely and having the house to yourself. now you've probably got other questions, and I've touched on them before in this forum. in short, i'm stuck for now.

I live with a parent and i get lonely. I cant imagine it being any different for a person in a marriage.
I cant speak for the OP but i get lonely cos i want to meet new people. So yes you can still be lonely even if you live with someone.
