I'm from Vancouver too! All cities can be wretchedly lonely places, but it's felt a little different in the past few weeks with the Olympics. Everyone friendly and willing to chat. At least there was a kind of tangible energy in the air. Would you agree?

Hi Leopard:

yes I kinda agree with what you say, but when you are lonely you are lonely, I tried to go out and enjoy it but ended up not really liking it as seeing all these happy people made it worse.
