i dont think idolize is the best choice of word here. i know what hes talking about because my sister and many of her friends do this. they refer to themselves as "fag hags", hope that doesnt get me banned. they just like hanging out with them and talking to them like they are a female friend. my sister works with a guy who is gay and she says he is really funny. she thinks the feminine ones are funny. she loves this show called "noahs arc" that is about gay black guys. they dont "idolize" them, they just like being able to hang out with a guy that is like a female.
