Why on some links in this forum does it go to a screen that says you will be directed to your ( link ,area, forum ) momentarily

and has a link there that say if you dont want to wait any longer click here

I myself dont ever want to wait so I alway click the link

is there a reason that is there

I figured that out all by myself

I just read very quickly so I like to navigate quickly also

It also helps fill out the time between posts, as there is a certain amount of time (like 30 seconds) that you have to wait between posts.
