So if he's still allowed to be king, why take everything away from him? It's not like it really changes anything....
I think it's a punishment for the book without saying as much, sometimes I think it's just to keep their names in the media instead of hmm who should really be in the media.

Hey British people, I have a question....
I know Harry was thrown out of the royal family and stripped of his titles, but is he still in the line of succession?
As Ceno said, Harry left the royal family. He still has his titles but did return his military titles to the Queen.
He keeps his place in succession due to divine right, he was born into the family, but this can, and at some point will, be removed by an act of Parliament.

Everything that's been 'taken' from him came with the job, I don't expect my former employers to still pay me. As a working Royal he was given around £5 million a year by his Father (95%) and the British taxpayer (5%). He must be making far more than that now?.

Whoa. So it actually IS good to be the king, huh?
Why are the taxpayers still paying for their own private earnings though? I always thought their positions were mostly symbolic by now.

It's the bloody 'Sovereign Grant' it goes to the monarch who distributes it among working royals to fund their expenses and household staff.

On a side note mate, don't even google how much the royals cost you Canadians

You know, loads of people don't know this, but here in Canada, we're actually NOT a democracy on paper. We're a constitutional monarchy who was granted their independence following WW2. So, we don't have a Queen, now a King...we have a head of state. That HAPPENS to be the same as yours, so the King. Lol. It's kind of strange.

Ugh, don't worry, I know. Just the bloody governor general I'd toss out with a boot 🙄

If you people on ALL had access to my phone for one day... you'd need therapy, the crap people message me lol

This time sleeping the pain away didn't work like it did last time. Oh well, i gave it a try :) .

:( For what it's worth, sorry to see you're feeling down.

And it's not true that no one would miss you here - many of us would I'm sure.

Take some time to clear your head and hopefully we'll see you around when you feel up to it (y)

Thanks man. I'm down 24/7 and sleeping is my only way out as i can't actively lick the barrel of a pistol which would be nice now. Feels like i am drowning in my head, which makes me feel sick/dizzy but also insane headaches. After all these years i am used to this sh*t though.

To be honest, I've definitely gone through similar times - not so much the physical aspects you've described, but the mental part, just feeling incredibly down, and all I really want to do is sleep, or mindlessly surf the net.

Anyway, good to see that you're back. (y)

9 years and counting, but only in the past 3/4 years it's been like this. Sleeping used to work wonders for me, but it doesn't anymore so i've got no idea what i can actually do.
