The ingredients only list "griffonia simplicifolia" and the stuff that the capule shell is made of. The bottle says that it's a plant derived amino acid that naturally increases serotonin levels. I really like it. It just automatically makes me feel sunnier and happy, like after a good laugh...

I do. I've been spending my time in almost complete solitude because I'm on summer vacation and "lost" my cell phone. All I do is muck around and I've never felt so completely relaxed. Something about hanging out with people for too long makes me stupid and boring. I prefer being alone.

It's way easier to chat with people online...none of your social anxiety shows through, and If you get bored of the person, you can make a stupid excuse :)
